As a popular wedding and banquet facility, "The Tudor House" and grounds may be rented for weddings, receptions, showers and private parties. It is often available without charge to non-profit organizations. Rental fees are subject to change (prior to contract execution and receipt of fees, only). Rental by appointment only. Please contact the caretaker at (330) 644-1728 for available dates.  A security deposit of $200.00 will be charged for each peak season or off-season rental. Security Deposit Discount, one security deposit will be charged for all related events (e.g., a bridal shower, a rehearsal dinner, and a wedding).  Residents of the City of New Franklin, Ohio, shall be entitled to a ten (10%) percent discount on per-hour Peak Season and Off-Season Rental Rates, only.  Monday through Thursday - $25.00 per hour - 2-hour minimum Friday* & Sunday - $75.00 per hour - 4-hour minimum Saturday** - $85.00 per hour - 5-hour minimum *Friday may be rented at $50.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, if the renter has also secured a rental for the following Saturday. **There is a $85.00-per-hour rental fee for additional time on Saturdays.  Monday through Thursday - $25.00 per hour - 2-hour minimum Friday through Sunday - $50.00 per hour - 4-hour minimum  Monday through Thursday ( 2:00 PM ~ 10:00 PM) Friday ( 2:00 PM ~ 11:00 PM) Saturday ( 9:00 AM ~ 11:00 PM) Sunday (10:00 AM ~ 10:00 PM)  Rental is for 75 people maximum, inside the house. An additional 125 people are permitted outdoors.  Non-profit organizations may use the facility at no charge, subject to availability. There is a 40-person/3-hour maximum.  |
